Shipping and Delivery Policy

1.Nothing is shipped

Blank is an online service. There are no physical goods, no shipping charges, and nothing is sent to a postal address. What you buy — a plan and its monthly allowance of credits — is delivered to your account at https://blank.naravirtual.ai.

2.When you get access

As soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within a minute or two of paying. The plan, its credits and its features appear in Settings without you doing anything else, and Razorpay emails you a receipt.

The free plan needs no payment and is available the moment you create an account.

3.If a paid plan has not appeared

Some payment methods take longer to confirm. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of paying, email [email protected] with the Razorpay payment id from your receipt. We will activate it or, if we cannot, refund it in full under the Refund Policy.

4.Where the service is available

Anywhere Razorpay can accept your payment. Prices are in Indian rupees; if you pay from another currency, your bank or card provider converts it and may charge a fee.
