Copyright and Takedown

1.What this covers

Sites published with Blank are made by our users, who promise in the terms that they have the rights to what they publish. If you believe a site hosted by Blank copies your work or misuses your trademark, send us a notice and we will act on it. For anything else wrong with a site, use the grievance procedure.

2.What a notice must contain

1. Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
2. The work you own — a description, and a link to it or a copy.
3. Proof that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
4. The full address of each page on a Blank site that infringes it, and what on the page does.
5. A statement that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

3.Where to send it

Email [email protected]with the subject “Copyright notice”, or post it to Divyansh Shukla, Grievance Officer, Nara Virtual Private Limited (Private Limited), Abhanpur, Abhanpur, Raipur- 493661, Chattisgarh.

4.What happens next

• Within 36 hoursof a complete notice, we disable access to the pages it names — usually by unpublishing the site — and tell the site’s owner, passing on your notice.
• Access stays disabled for 21 days. If within that time you send us an order from a competent court telling us to keep it down, we do. If not, we may restore it.
• An incomplete notice gets a reply saying what is missing, rather than no action at all.

5.If your site was taken down

If you believe the notice is wrong — you own the work, have a licence, or the use is allowed by law — reply to our email with a counter-notice: your name and contact details, the pages concerned, why you believe the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We pass it to the complainant.

The project itself is never deleted by a takedown; it stays in your account and you can keep working on it.

6.Repeat infringement

We suspend the accounts of people who repeatedly publish infringing material, and false or bad-faith notices are something we take into account too.
